I was in need of a washer ASAP after being taken advantage of by a Sears technician. I called Surgeon Family Appliance after I got home from work, and Shawn took the time to walk me through the available options to find a washer that fit my family’s needs. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me load the washer into my Mini Cooper! I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Surgeon Family Appliance to anyone looking for quality appliances and exceptional service.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life in getting something serviced. Mine is specific to the service center out of Grants Pass Oregon. They did not show up for their first appt. I got one for a week and a half later. The guy had no parts so he had to schedule another one. At 11:10 am this morning it told me my repair guy was on his way to my house. 4 hours later and my appt window now says 6pm. Which means he isn’t coming today. I despise this service center. You cannot get a hold of a single human being to fix any problem. It’s the absolute worst. FOLLOW UP. The guy didn't even show. DIdn't contact me. I couldn't contact him to find out where he is. Just didn't show. Your BS follow up on my review about a customer not wanting us to have this experience is from AI. The number is the exact number i called before trying to find out where my customer service person is and it's all AI. You cannot talk to a human. If you are able to use any other repair company i suggest you do so. This company and their service repair guy does not have a single care in the world about the customer experience.

Bret's service was 5 star. As for everything else 0 stars. There is absolutely no one to call and talk to. I took off a whole day of work because I had a AI call say my tech was ahead of schedule and would show up at 9am and I even had to pull my daughter out of school early not knowing if I'd be able to pick her up. The tech ended up arriving at 5:15pm. This means I could have worked a full day and picked up my daughter on time. I tried to get someone on the phone but apparently that option doesn't exist. This is the one of the worst backyard operations I've ever seen. If I can help it I will never do business with this company or any one thats has Sears name attached to it. I cant express enough how horrible of a company I think this one is. Again, as for Bret, he is top notch. I recommend he find a better company to work for.

Bret was very short when I asked questions. He was also 2 hours late for which he did not apologize. He didn't introduce himself upon arrival. Just don't seem to understand what customer service is at all.

Not a good experience. He told me they only allow me to stay 23 minutes so not enough time to show him what my actual problem was. He quoted me for something when he had no idea if that was the actual problem or now. He was just that sure of himself. He acted like he overall just didn’t want to be here. Awful experience.

Technician arrived. Sour attitude. No smiles, no friendly demeanor. The only communication from the technician was 1. I needed to sign a waiver for damages and 2. There were some rodent droppings under the dishwasher, therefore he would not touch the dishwasher. I explained that I am disabled and could he just pull the dishwasher out a little before he left, because the dishwasher was installed into a tight area and I could not pull it out. He said no, and left. He did not provide me any information on why the dishwasher makes a rattling noise during the drying cycle.
