Bret was professional despite how many homes he visited today and was a nice gentleman to talk to. We were able to talk and trouble shoot potential problems before he took a look at the fan. Now it's the waiting game to see if it fixes it and hopefully it will be enough!

He was courteous, took the time to explain everything cleaned and maintained all five appliances, explain things about my appliances I might not know about and cleaned up neatly before he left. 5 star service.
