Very poor communication, there is no human you can talk to, it is all AI.. I had to wait for a long time for repair as they had AI call me to determine what was wrong then decided to order a new ice maker, which was shipped to me. When it finally came in I informed the AI through text at which time they schedule the repair. Between 8am-3pm … it had been a month., the next morning AI informed me the repairman was doing 3 calls before me, then it moved the ETA to 5:30. I could see by 5:00 there is as still one more person ahead of me. Then AI sent me an update at 6pm.. sorry the part was delayed and they would not be able to install the following Monday!! I called all the numbers that I could see Listed if I have any questions, They were all AI, I wanted to tell them the part is here, even though I had already told them that in the text! The guy shows up Monday morning. I told him what had happened and he said Sears has no humans to talk to. They got rid of everybody., As a repair technician, he doesn’t even have a human that he can call! That is ridiculous!!!! They Repair Man read my manual to figure out where things were on my refrigerator, and then suggested I change my filter, I told him if that doesn’t work then what? There’s no one to call. Fortunately, that worked, I don’t see how they think that AI can replace humans completely like that.

My technician never showed up and was very rude and unprofessional. I rescheduled for Thursday 5/22. Again with their ridiculous schedule and they still didn’t show up between 8 to 5pm. Didn’t even call me this time. I tried calling but they let their AI do all the talking and can’t get any answers from it. So I want my $50.00 back that I paid for this lousy customer service relationship. All I wanted is my gas stove to work properly again.

Was a frustrating experience he couldn’t find anything wrong and implied that I didn’t properly know how to work a washer. (Tho the codes and problems were listed in the history) He also left comments about the number of children I have and the fact that I live in a farm on my repair sheet as if that would be the problem with my washer. It felt very discriminating. He didn’t want to be here and it was obvious. I have never had such a bad visit with a service person before and I’ve been using Lowe’s warranty’s on my appliances for almost 12 years. I hope they find someone besides sears to service in the future. In the end I was told to basically do microscopic loads instead of what the manufacturer says and im still having the same problem!

This one is for the technician Donald. I filed for service repair on four appliances on December 21st 2024. Donald came out here numerous times and worked on a few of the appliances but only one at a time. By March I started asking him when he would work on the dishwasher. Donald stated that he was not here to work on the dishwasher only the dryer and he doesn't know when he'd be back. Come to find out Donald's schedules his appointments. After questioning him numerous times about when he would get to work on my dishwasher I got nothing and I'm not here for that. May 8th rolls around and Donald finally touches my dishwasher. He takes the control panel and today on August 12th 2024 I have a dishwasher with no control panel and Sears is still not told me when they are going to replace it. Donald wrote in a note that I was hostile but yet took into consideration that it took Donald 5 months to touch my dishwasher. No empathy for frustration level. No empathy at all and no communication skills. But yet he will Mark me down his hostile when I question him and so frustration that he does not know when he will be back to service the next appliance. is it hostility or super frustration over the fact that it took 5 months just to touch one appliance and yet it is August 12th and I still don't have the appliance repaired or replaced. On another note I do not think he fix my dryer correctly still. It sits on one minute for 10 15 20 minutes on a 20 minute time dry when it's already gone through the whole 20 minutes cycle. I have hesitated to put a review on Donald the technician but after hearing that I was hostile in his notes because of my questioning of him after 5 months of him not touching an appliance I need to put this review. Donald has poor communication skills and does not have any empathy for the customers. Apologies for the verboseness but I am super frustrated.

You are the worst company we ever dealt with! You have no customer service and no real person to talk to! You chat is all greyed out and only automated questions. The tech put a report and claim in to order a part and you never sent it in to first American warranty! it's been a month and no word on fixing my hood microwave! And now they trying to close the claim!

I know of no one named Bret. Our microwave has had no recent repair or checkup! What are you even talking about??? "John" not "Bret" called, and I invited him to stop by to pick up some parts which had been shipped to me. He did; that was it! I HATE working with Sears of late. Your electronic run-around is time consuming and inefficient and VERY frustrating! I will NOT be continuing in the future..

The water dispenser on our fridge is back to making a very loud noise and just a small trickle of water coming out. He said to just press it harder, which worked for a few hours, but it is back to making a loud noise even when pushed harder.

My 2 year old Whirlpool microwave has been intermittently making clacking like sounds & shutting off. Since I have an extended warranty with Lowe’s, Brett from Sears was dispatched to our home. My husband showed him the video we had taken but Brett claimed he couldn’t diagnose it unless he observes it in person. So now we are stuck with a defective microwave that’s almost new? Very disappointed and frustrated!
