The first repairman obviously didn't know the product, or he wouldn't have ordered a decorative cover instead of the actual part. The second repairman a week later was great, but all he could do was order the correct part. We had a confirmed appointment a week later once the correct part came in, but no one showed up after I took the day off. That's when I learned it is absolutely impossible to speak to a human being. I tried every website and number I could find, but the best I could get was an AI chat that was limited to a handful of responses. I was able to make another appointment, and Jim was awesome. The warranty insurance was almost a challenge because the cost of the worthless part the first tech ordered ran the repair cost too high. But the second tech was finally able to resolve that.

Jim was very friendly and professional. In the first visit, he quickly determined that new parts were needed (one of the knobs was cracked. On both visits, he gave us a call letting us know that he would arrive in about 20 minutes.

Patrick did a very through job diagnosis. He was unable to get authorization to complete the repair from Assurion. We are awaiting notifications from them as to getting a new washer.
