The technician who did the dryer repair is excellent. What I can say about Sears is that they hire great people who repair home appliances. Not only did James (the technician) do a great job with the repair, but he offered valuable information on how to better maintain my washer and what type of problems warrant a call for repairs for the washer/dryer. 100% recommend James for his excellent service.

The problem was discovered and could not be fixed by Sears. It was a water problem.

The repair man was nice but I have 2 repair men out and now they say to costly to repair so no stove and they will call me in 2days and let me know what they are going to do so no cooking not real happy

Very pleasant but was unable to vacuum coils or whatever a home maintenance calls for. This was not his fault. Seems the company has different rules than last year.

Great job fixing the dishwasher and diagnosing the fridge. I wish they left me a detailed list of repairs needed and what damages were done.

I was a bit concerned that he had to call someone else to ask where the parts went and how did the cook top raise. Not questions I would expect from trained repair technicians.

It only took 3 months to fix.

Oven now works, however price seems excessive. 2 techs arrived on schedule in unmarked sedan, but with Sears clothing. One was in training and took one hour on site so took longer due to explaining procedure.
