You could certainly not mark up a rubber frontload washer gasket 500% and then charge almost $300 for labor would be a place to start, ya think????

Prepaid for my refrigerator door repair and scheduled the follow-up appointment at the time of my prepayment. The Sears company cancelled at 3pm on the very day they were supposed to show up. The Sears repair company offered to come the following week, then called to offer a sooner date, which I accepted. On that sooner date at 1pm, the repair person had not shown up and his phone was not answering any calls but was taking messages. I left a message that if he didn’t show up on that day, I was going to cancel the work order, demand a refund of my prepayment, and do the work myself. He showed up 30 minutes later and did the work in 1 hour or by 230pm. He told me he had 3 more appointments before 5pm. I suspect the Sears people overbook and make a judgement as to who to delay when they are overbooked. I suspect that if you prepay, you become the first on the list to be pushed back because you have already paid them.

The technician was fast at the repair , and courteous.

Terrible customer service. We were told we would pay a dx fee and was charged over $300 instead for him to move a bolt 3 times on the door handle.

friendly and knowledgeable, but when I told him my washer wasn’t level, he’s told me all four legs are on the floor therefore it is. I have a very uneven cemented laundry room and it was not level. I spent the next two hours trying to get it level so I could wash my next load of laundry. Edit. After finally getting the washer leveled to do a load of laundry, it will not fill with water unless I put it on bulky or jeans setting and then it does the noise all over again only way worse. And when I try to call to speak to an actual person, I only get the automatic AI person and it doesn’t let me speak with anybody to try to figure out what’s going on with this very frustrated. Originally my review was a four star now it’s one.

We didn’t have a “Sarah” work on our washer and it was done on 12/10/25. It was a gentleman

VERY disappointed at service. Found nothing wrong, just said to do quarter size loads in a LARGE capacity washer. Have been doing overall fine for 4 years, but something off now (and cause for the call). No help, just saying LG brand not that good even though we researched Consumer Reports and more before buying. Was told on phone I could get sale on dryer cleaning/repair from $99.99 to $50 if added to sale call. Said ok. Come to find sale ONLY applied IF I had an actual repair done on washer (I didnt, "nothing wrong") so dryer would be full price. Deceptive! Am pissed and would NOT recommend this business.

I don’t appreciate my appointments being canceled. Please put it together and make appointments that you are able to attend. Also letting me know that they will arrive between 8am-5 and cancel at 4:54, not good at all
