I didn't know that Sears still offered an appliance repair service. I was happy when they said they service most brands. When I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was very good. My service rep was Troy. He stayed in contact with me, and was very nice. When he came to my home, he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on Sears for appliance service in the future.
