He was great, prompt and very helpful.

Took him three trips to fix it, but not sure how much of that was his fault. Turned out to be the mother board and a capacitor both. I was left with an extra lock mechanism that was unreasonable, that's a plus.

Joseph was very kind and courteous, he checked my washing machine and of course it didn't make the noise so he didn't work on or replace anything. My charge was $129 instead of $119 for some reason. He thinks it might be a spring catching, but he didn't have one with him. I had previously told them it was making a bad noise and had added my model # and serial #.

Was rescheduled 3 times, my repairs took over 2 months. The first technicians assessment was wrong, he had the parts to do the repair WEEKS AGO! Very poor handling of scheduling.

Victor was great. Sears on the other hand are not getting my business again. After almost a month of my parts being delayed, they finally scheduled my oven repair. We had to call and complain first. When the technician finally came, they had not given him the parts required. To get the parts would have cost over $100 more than we had already paid. Again, Victor was terrific and helpful, but sears is not to be trusted.

He never actually touched my washing machine. 2 days in a row after I had to file claims twice in order to schedule through my warranty.the technician claimed that my phone number and address were incorrect. The second time I scheduled I verified my phone number and information to be all correct. Still with the same outcome. He just didn't show up. And if you call Sears home repair you can only speak to an ai. So trying to get things figured out has been almost impossible. I should also mention that 3 months ago my same washer had to be serviced and they were able to find my home then. I have not moved.
