Harold the Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasant and patient and answered questions. Did a superb job and was done in a timely manner. Was well prepared with what he needed to complete the job!!

Took him three trips to fix it, but not sure how much of that was his fault. Turned out to be the mother board and a capacitor both. I was left with an extra lock mechanism that was unreasonable, that's a plus.

Joseph was very kind and courteous, he checked my washing machine and of course it didn't make the noise so he didn't work on or replace anything. My charge was $129 instead of $119 for some reason. He thinks it might be a spring catching, but he didn't have one with him. I had previously told them it was making a bad noise and had added my model # and serial #.

Don't waste your time they never show up on scheduled days. Always asking you to reschedule. Service was to come out on July 9 2026 to repair my dryer. And keep reschedule with their AI Richard. When I called, I could never speak to a real person just AI.

I'd rate it 0 based on the fact that I was told that they couldn't get the part, they didn't add the $20 off coupon to the bill (so I paid full price), and then another company says it is repairable and will be here within the week! I feel like I was completely ripped off out of my $120 and they had the audacity to try to sell me the $80 a month coverage for my other appliances! I'd never recommend them for anything!
