Kevin quickly diagnosed our dishwasher issue and returned to repair it shortly after we received the parts. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He kept me updated on arrival time with over one hour advanced notice. The Sears app also allowed me to track estimated arrival time.

Keith was very pleasant, and friendly, I just wish my time was not constantly changing, and my refrigerator is still leaking water. So I’ve had to call your company back out. Just upset because it’s not fixed and I just put in new flooring.

Sears made four appointments for me and only showed up for one appointment. We waited four different times for these appointments.

The technician released the refrigerant into the air in the house because he said his collector quit working. He informed me it was harmless. It went through the whole house and caused an asthma attack in my daughter. When I went to rate him, it flashed up and had a 4. I had never had a chance to rate him. His rating would have been a 1.
