My disappointment was the fee to repair. $600.00 to replace one part , about the same price of the purchased price of the dryer. ????? Needless to say, Did not get dryer repaired, only paid service charge! Stars are for the courtesy of repairman.

Keith was a very good service tech. He was friendly, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He was the second tech to attempt to come to my house. The first one couldn't locate my address and failed to answer the phone when I called him three times after I missed his initial call. Keith was the answer to end the nightmare experience I had had up to today. He was NOT an Ai bot which was a nightmare to have to deal with!!! Those Ai bots need to be be replaced with real, live people. And the foreign woman I was forced to speak with, because there weren't any American, English speaking and understanding, people to speak with, was super annoying. Keith made the whole nightmarish experience much better and I would gladly recommend him to anyone but not the whole Sears/Assurant repair nightmare I went through in order to have him come out in the first place.
