The technician was super nice and very quick to respond to my request for service. Although my refrigerator was not repaired when he left, he did a thorough inspection and was very professional and courteous. I hope the insurance company will repair my fridge and send him to do the repair.

After numerous attempts to fix my dryer, 4 days waisted waiting. Two no show, and two drive by say I'm not home. Two computer boards, a moisture censor changed, I think it may be fixed. Just did some laundry. IT IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

Kevin quickly diagnosed our dishwasher issue and returned to repair it shortly after we received the parts. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He kept me updated on arrival time with over one hour advanced notice. The Sears app also allowed me to track estimated arrival time.
