The technician released the refrigerant into the air in the house because he said his collector quit working. He informed me it was harmless. It went through the whole house and caused an asthma attack in my daughter. When I went to rate him, it flashed up and had a 4. I had never had a chance to rate him. His rating would have been a 1.

They have been here 3 times in the last month, and today they put on new parts, I washed a small load and machine started knocking load on rinse cycle, same thing it was originally repaired for, I am frustrated. I have been taking clothes to laundry for a month! I feel like there should be a new machine installed! I have paid uall over 6000 $ in warranty $ last year alone! I don't think they know how to fix the machine .

We bought our dishwasher in November of 23 for our new house and just tried to use it for the first time last week and it was throwing a water error code, I made a claim with the phone number lowe's gave me and the technician came to look at the dishwasher yesterday and said he fixed the problem and ran it before he left. It ran for that one cycle and I tried to use it that same night and it was still throwing the same error code. My husband checked all the wires that the technician fixed yesterday and had to rewire them because they were not wired tight enough, we tried to run the dishwasher after that and its still throwing the same error code. Lowes tells me i have to file another claim and have another technician come look at it and if they say they cannot repair it then i will be given an RA number for a replacement. This dishwasher is brand new and has caused us nothing but problems since installing the machine.
