Rent came today to do a diagnostic on my whirlpool washer he found out the problem gave me an estimate. I declined the estimate and he also told me what the problem was. I believe I can fix it myself so I appreciate him. He was very, very helpful very well mannered and I would recommend him to anyone thanks, Brent I'll give him a five out of five

Brian is a very nice guy, who took his time to methodically figure out or narrow down the problem. It wasn't the refrigerator, but we weren't sure. The good news is that he was able to make suggestions as what might need to be looked at and fortunately, (or unfortunately -- we are having a bad homeowner week), we already had a plumber coming!
