Brian was a friendly, efficient technician. I do, however, have issue with the scheduling of service. I took off work to be home. The window was 8am-5pm. It was after 8pm! I lost the entire day of work! It was not Brian's fault and I was pleased with his service. But surely something could be done about when service could be expected. Even am or pm would help!
