Ice maker
It still not working yet if it does not make ice by this evening can I call Brian to come back? I will wait to see if it makes ice later this evening.

Satisfactory- but overall I am VERY disappointed with Sears Home Services. This is the THIRD attempt at trying to ger our stove repaired & after this "appointment " we STILL do NOT have a FULLY working stove. All I truly want is a 4 of my burners working AT THE SAME TIME!!! So whe. I really want is to be able cook multiple items on my stove at the same if I want too!!. *BTW: We STILL (nearly a week later) haven't heard from ANYONE as to what is going to be done to resolve our issue.!!!!

Completing the job

Dissatisfied with service provided
The technician was not on time. I asked the technician to dispose of the old parts. He told me that he did not have room in his van to dispose . He just left the box here. I actually picked up the box and disposed it and put it in my trash bin.

Can I give less points than one?
This man has no clue about washers and dryers and every time he came out, which was way too many over the course of one and a half month, the washer/dryer combo worked even less. He asked me AND my daughter about what to do next and also asked Google. He knew nothing about my problem. Now I got denied because he don't know what's wrong and is yet again taking another guess.

Lazy technician
Did not want to work on GE . I told him it had already been diagnosed and he was like we should just get rid of the pair of GE appliances. He never pie my washer back on the stand/drawer it was on.

DAVID- SERVICE TECH
If i could give 0, i would. This man is a joke! He comes in blaming issue on something when he had not even looked at it. He had many excuses, kinked hose, LG doesn't have a leating coil, water not hot enough going into dishwasher when started. Takes too long for water to get to dishwasher. Said need to use spot cleaner for it to clean properly. IT IS USED. Bugs & cobwebs under the dishwasher. Throws a dead but out into the kitchen floor. He isn't a installer, not his job. I may damage floor or dishwasher when I pull it out. I won't be responsible, please sign here. There are dents in it, please sign here. The dent on outside is extremely minor. Dents on inside are from door shutting against top rack. Top water arm not spinning. He pulls it out and says it isn't installed according to code, because it is hard wired. I called our plumber thar installed it immediately. He contacted electrician, it is up to code. He couldn't diagnose issue. Stated insurance companies like to have 4 service calls before replacing if cannot be repaired. He puts a wire nut on the ground because it wasn't connected. Goes to his truck, comes in and says he had to use a nut from his own personal stash. Stands up, says that should take care of it. We asked what he did other than wire nut. Nothing, I have a call into my other service tech. Us: "Then how can it be taken care of? " Says a part needs to be ordered. We asked if a part needs to be ordered, why are you saying it's taken care of. Can't order part until he talks to someone. 2 customers called him while there. He was EXTREMELY rude to them on phone. I do not want him back at property.
