Refrigerator repair
Tech was fast and flexible with scheduling. Was able to diagnose problem quickly and while he was not able to repair fridge (parts unavailable) he was very professional

Brianne was very courteous and helpful. I believe he identified the problem correctly. However, the manual adjustments did not last. I think he was optimistic about the operation of the motor and in the end I simply think it needs to be replaced.

In a nutshell, my washing machine just does not clean well. I had items of clothing come out of the machine after 30 minutes that were partly dry because they never agitated enough to go underneath the water. Brian tested everything he knew to test and the only thing he could find is that maybe the machine was not reaching the correct water level. So, he replaced the water sensor. He said for me to see if that helps with the problem. Time will tell.

The technician stated that I am the third client the list for repair today (17 OCT 2023) and provided an estimated time of arrival. Additionally, the technician called 15 minutes prior to arrival for the repair. The technician performed the repairs in a professional matter. Yes, I would recommend the services to my family, friends, and constituent.

This was the third time I've had a technician out. The first two times the problem was not fixed. This time the problem was fixed but the technician was dismissive when I tried to explain the problem and was unsure of how to program it and had to call for help. The good thing is it appears to be working.
