Matthew was awesome. He showed up early in the day, he was extremely polite and likable, and he had my dryer fixed in ten minutes. He was the best part about my experience with using Sears Home Services, because honest to god the rest of the experience was terrible. But that wasn't Matthew's fault, like I said he was great! I highly recommend Matthew. Sears Home Services as a whole, not so much.

Jim was very very helpful in his visit, explained all that was being done and suggested that I clean the coil on back of refrigerator and see if that solves the problem, if not call back. Highly recommend this technician for this company
