He was very polite, knowledgeable, personable, and pleasant. I would've loved for my appliance to get fixed but it would've been a huge unnecessary expense. Very satisfied with his service.

Only replaced one part that was ordered, as James says the other part was working, however the refrigerator is still not making ice and is still not cooling as of 0800 11-14-23, however, James did a great job replacing the board. I just want our refrigerator fixed as a tech has been out four (4) times and still no results. With a family of four, with no refrigerator is very difficult to deal with, have lost over $350.00 worth of food and other items.

He got right to work diagnosing the issue and determined that the air flow in the refrigerator section was frozen over and he steamed out the blocks of ice impeding airflow.
