Just wanted to say that the sales representative from sear was Mr. James notified us what time he would be arriving actually he was a couple minutes early. Mr James did excellent job evaluating what the problem was with the refrigerator, he also cleaned the coils as well on the refrigerator, very polite great customer service. Will recommend to others.
