Tech arrived as promised. He twice: First call to verify he was coming as scheduled. Second call was to announce his arrival would be very soon. He triaged the dryer, explained what could/could not be done. Problem wasn't serious. I was to document how dryer was working and report if a total malfunction occurred, rendering dryer completely inoperable.
