Repair delayed a week because first repairman didn't have the parts on hand, despite knowing issue prior to arrival. He blamed his parts department as being inept in their abilities. Unprofessional blaming the company you work for. A week later a different repairman showed. Problem fixed.

Very personable but seemed like maybe new to the job. He had trouble putting the drawers back in the freezer. Now I can't get it open. I don't want to force it and bend or break the fittings. After I bought the warranty, there were things he was sharing with me, more limitations.

I was told by service worker that my fuse to dryer was not working and producing 50 amps and that was why dryer was malfunctioning and I needed to call an electrician to replace circuit in breaker box needles to say that wasn't the issue as an electrician came out an hour later when checking the circuit breaker and 220 plug from the dryer everything was working fine and had O problem with electrical so I'm out the cost of the labor so I want this issue addressed and I want someone else to service my issue with the dryer

Washer repair
Thwy came to replace a part but beat the washer to death trying to get the part off. My washer is only 2 yrs old. He was here 3 times. Ended up he broke the washer and now i have to get another one. The voucher they gave me wont cover a new washer and extended warranty.

Horrible service
Technician was sick said he had been since Sunday. He didn't run a complete cycle on any setting. He asked to use my bathroom and then proceeded to tell me "it was going to be bad" then came out and said he couldn't find anything wrong. Said he couldn't run a load with anything in the machine to see if it was cause of a load. My husband ran a cycle when he was leaving and it was leaking right where I said. Very unhappy as now I have to wait another week for a different tech and I have no washer. Plus it's caused damage to the floor.

Broken Washer not fixed
Mark himself was fine and respectful. However our problem was not fixed. We are very frustrated with the whole process. It has taken weeks to first get the repairman out to look at the problem. Then a other two weeks to have the part installed. And the washer is still not working. Now we have to wait yet another week for him to come back out. This is unacceptable. If it can't be fixed, we need a replacement washer.
