Choice Warranty Claim #217934905 Technician spliced the igniter in upper broiler instead of replacing igniter with correct installation procedures...this improper splicing caused the failure of stove oven in May 2024. Randall after a long day saw the problem right away that a technician from another company performed an improper splicing of the igniter in the upper oven Randall made the correct installation with the new Samsung igniter and pergormed three MOC's maintenance operational checks to verify proper operating functions.
