The scheduling department schedules to many services for repair man to perform in a day. This appointment I had today was because repair man couldn't get to me last time I had appointment. No show. To late in the evening to come. People take a vacation day to stay home to receive repairs service. If there is a no show./ no repairman come/ no service given . It causes problems. Another vacation day is used for the rescheduled appointment. If a repair is under a master service agreement contract service order. We get " the end of the day" or late afternoon time slot. Not fair!
