Tech didn't fix anything. We knew what was wrong because a local tech had told us. We called. Got an appointment scheduled with Sear because the part in question was under warranty. Sears/GE came out and told us nothing was wrong, even though for 3 days, our refrigerator hadn't cooled and our freezer wouldn't freeze. We lost hundreds of dollars in food when we came home from vacation to spoiled food and an unfrozen freezer. "Nothing was wrong. It's not the part that's under warranty. You owe me money now because it's working fine."

technician arrived on time & diagnosed need for part. He could not reach warranty co. by phone, told me it was after 5 o'clock and they were closed. Then he told me to call them and give them the part # to order. No phone number. It was not my job to order the part. Went on website to try and order part, but was told my claim was closed and had to start another claim. Very unprofessional handling of first claim. Not happy at all.

I’ve been dealing with the same technician since 9/2/2024 - parts have been ordered 3 times, 2 of them was the same part (shipped at different times) the technician did not replace 2 out of 3 parts. He was very rude, acted like he knew it all. He never ran the dishwasher to see if the HE code was still going to appear. He has closed my tickets and reported back to the Lowe’s protection company that the dishwasher was fixed. Today is 9/27/2024 and my dishwasher is still NOT fixed. I have filled a complaint on the technician. I would NOT recommend them. The company they sent out was A&E through Sears.
