The platform used for appointments or follow up information is terrible. There is no contact phone numbers for the company, system continued to try and get me to change my appointmnent as it thought the part had not been received. I did not wish to register with the website, just to get no help. Also appears, that the technician is required to leave the old parts. So old part and packaging remained on my washer after he departed. I understand things happen, and wrong parts are received, however we could get the washer to work until he took the washer apart the first time. Appearently a wire was not hooked back up. Now we have a weeks worth of laundry to get caught up on

I didn’t like the automated service on the phone when called asking for service I will not use sears technician service again.not knowing when the technician would arrive that day I missed a important doctor appointment pluse there is no person to talk to in person.again I will not use sears ever again this company has the worst service. The technician was was nice and polite the only good thing about the service

We paid the diagnostic fee and Our issue was not addressed after explaining repeatedly. The worker said our washer is fine and tried to leave. It then messed up again and did the exact thing we explained what the issue was, so we ran back out because worker was still in driveway, only to then be told we have to create a new work order and it’ll be $500 to fix the issue, that he said previously said 5 minutes before, didn’t exist. He then left and our washing machine is still broken. And I’m not able to speak to any live agent, only an AI robot.

Tech didn't fix anything. We knew what was wrong because a local tech had told us. We called. Got an appointment scheduled with Sear because the part in question was under warranty. Sears/GE came out and told us nothing was wrong, even though for 3 days, our refrigerator hadn't cooled and our freezer wouldn't freeze. We lost hundreds of dollars in food when we came home from vacation to spoiled food and an unfrozen freezer. "Nothing was wrong. It's not the part that's under warranty. You owe me money now because it's working fine."

technician arrived on time & diagnosed need for part. He could not reach warranty co. by phone, told me it was after 5 o'clock and they were closed. Then he told me to call them and give them the part # to order. No phone number. It was not my job to order the part. Went on website to try and order part, but was told my claim was closed and had to start another claim. Very unprofessional handling of first claim. Not happy at all.

I’ve been dealing with the same technician since 9/2/2024 - parts have been ordered 3 times, 2 of them was the same part (shipped at different times) the technician did not replace 2 out of 3 parts. He was very rude, acted like he knew it all. He never ran the dishwasher to see if the HE code was still going to appear. He has closed my tickets and reported back to the Lowe’s protection company that the dishwasher was fixed. Today is 9/27/2024 and my dishwasher is still NOT fixed. I have filled a complaint on the technician. I would NOT recommend them. The company they sent out was A&E through Sears.
