He was rude from the time he called until the time he walked out the door. So thankful he was not the first one who came out I would not have used your service again.

Tyler gets 5 stars. Sears gets none. Tyler was very professional and curteous. It took him no time to take the small seal where the ice comes out on my refrigerator and tighten it. Sears charged me $429 which seems wildly out of line with the work.
