Richard answered every question that I asked him, and he explained it so that I understood it. He was very polite. He called me as soon as he got here. And although I am very dissatisfied with the company's " labor fee, Richard did an outstanding job in representing your company, you should know that he is loyal and a valuable asset to your company.
