Repair man did not fix problem. Did not ask me any questions about what happened. Just looked at the chipped/cracked cook top, called some one and left. Get my warranty claim denied stating that tech said something was dropped on it, water had gotten in to it and shorted it out. NOT True had he asked I would have told him I put a double boiler on. The water boiled out of the pot before I noticed and it made a pop and then there we a chip and a crack in the glass cooktop. Had he turned it on we would see all burners still function. But I don't know if cooking on a cracked glass cooktop is safe.

New part ordered. Tech came to put it on, took almost 2 hours. Leaking worst than ever. Said he would have to order a part. Didn't have time to fool with it today. That means I will be without a washer for 8 days. I am not happy with your service at all. I have an Assurance warranty.

Unwilling to make a phone call to get pre-approval from my insurance so I would be able to get reimbursed after I paid him. It was a wasted 2 week wait to get him there and $119 to say he wouldn't tell the company what his estimate said. I was asking for 2 or 3 minutes. He was only there 2 or 3 minutes so not sure this was an unreasonable request.
