He has to order parts twice and it took a month for him to return to complete the repair each time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will never use your company again. Will be telling the world lad how bad your service is and that their techs are incompetent liars. They say one thing then deny ever saying it. Fraudulant documentation. Documented I was unavailable for a tech visit but was at my house for over 6 hours. Then has the nerve to take a picture of my front door 10 minutes before he left. POOR COMMUNICATION. WILL BE REPORTING YOUR COMPANY TO THE BBB!!!!

the technicians were great, the 4 repair appointment cancelations and the 6 weeks it took to repair the clothes washer was inconvenient. Also not being able to talk to an actual person and only being handled by AI is not acceptable. I will not use their service again.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this non-repair. To begin with the AI just quit in the middle of scheduling the appointment. I finally got a live person and explained we had a Bosch dishwasher. They do not work on Bosch, but set up the appointment anyway in order to collect the service charge. Our oven was also too old to get parts, but they did the same thing with that. I am having to get new appliances, and Sears knew that after my phone call, but they came out anyway to get a cut.
