The technician actual service repair was great but the scheduling was the worst! First we were given a time frame of 8am-5pm. Much too big a window and then the technician did not arrive until 6pm. When I tried to contact the company to get clarity I was only able to talk to a computer and was only given the option of cancel or reschedule my service. This is after spending my whole day waiting for them to arrive. The day of the appointment we were able to access a link that supposedly showed where the technician was a gave a window they would arrive. It was between 8:30am and 10am and as mentioned ealier they did not arrive until 6pm.

Made an appointment. Repairman came a week later with nothing he needed to do the work. He orders parts, the parts come in the next day, it takes him another week to come out and he still hasn’t fixed it. He ordered the same parts again and this time remembered to order lubricant as well. Now he won’t be back for another month.

The tech could not diagnose the problem because we turned off the refrigerator because it the temp was high. When the tech came and turned it back on it was not staying high. But when the tech submitted the diagnoses he lied and said he tested it and the motor was making noise which it was not. Now we have to have someone else come out because of the dishonesty.

This service is a scam. Quote for labor $399.00 parts quoted for $178.00 told from repair man $29.00 for parts on Amazon. Repair man stated that company is a rip off. Paid $119.00 just to show up. A new machine was cheaper than the repair quote. No live people to talk to till tech is on site

I have had Johnny here 3 times and another technician I time and still have no ice and my dispenser still leaks water. Please, please, please send someone who can fix my fridge. This has been going on for months. Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!
