Great technician. The only issue I had was the app did not keep meet up to date on exact arrival time . Very important for someone that's trying to go to work after the technician leaves

I had an appointment for today 7 to 6 was my time. They called me at 730 am and said we are on our way.. be there by 830. I got up and waited.. at 1030 I tried to call.. only a bot to tell me they would be there 855.. they changed eta all day about 6 times.. it is not 919 pm and no call.no show

Technician was great and showed up first thing. However, the parts are way overpriced. Parts I needed were quoted at $592 and $290 plus labor when GE sells them for $270 and $95. If they could do the labor and I order the parts it may be worth it. But you can’t get a live person on the phone to ask after declining the invoice. The only way to talk to a live person is to make a diagnostic appointment for $140.
