Great technician. The only issue I had was the app did not keep meet up to date on exact arrival time . Very important for someone that's trying to go to work after the technician leaves

He was very young (23) and didn't appear to have enough knowledge. I won't be calling sears back on the replacement of icemaker. I pulled up a youtube video so he could see how to get freezer drawer out. I don't have confidence in having this particle repair person back. Sears should train him more and send him out with a experienced repair person. He was nice and polite though and probably has good potential.
