The gentleman who did the repair on our Advantium oven was fantastic. Not only did he know what he was doing but he was also very patient and attentive to his environment. He put back everything he removed, even things that were not directly involved with the repair. I highly recommend Sear Repair Service for all your appliance needs.

Eric is an amazing technician. All technicians should stride to be just like him. Super professional, very nice and polite, above and beyond to make sure that we were fully advised of all options and issues on the table. A very speedy and thorough diagnostic of the issue. You can tell the man truly prides himself in what he does and is very knowledgeable. I would have gave him 10 stars if I could. The man deserves a promotion and a raise. He should be training technicians. Thank you ERIC for being all that you were.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 STARS!
