Both technicians were great. Can the trainee please bring back my drain cover. He picked it up by accident when he cleaned up. I checked the parts boxes and trash. Thank you

Omg! If anyone is interested in a Home Warranty Co., I highly recommend AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. The name says it all!!!!This warrant co is PHENOMENAL ALL THE WAY AROUND! They have helped me with my home and even my second home an hr away! These people are fantastic.

Neil was knowledgeable of what he doing. He had my washer fixed quickly. He had to actually come three times; only because the part had not come in.

Technician and a trainee were very professional. Trainee did the assembling. Washer spin mode sounds good and spins well. I pray the hose wasn't damaged. Doesn't seem like though.

Neil was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. The part and labor would have cost over $900 so we discussed different brands of washers.
