Technician was punctual, and communicated well on each arrival times. He was respectful and understanding to my situation. He assessed the issue, returned after the parts for the repair arrived, and completed the repair needed right before the holidays 😁

I rate the second technician that came 5 stars, as he fixed the problems left by the first one. It would very helpful if there was a phone number or some other contact to report a problem created by the technician that has a quick fix, rather than scheduling another appointment and having to wait 4 days.

Tech was very professional and answered all our questions. Explained how newer stoves worked and why it may not have heated up quickly enough on Thanksgiving.
