Eric D has alot of knowledge and is very clean. Always does a great job. I wish I could request him every time. Because then I know my appliances will always be fixed correctly. Thanks great job as always!

Awesome and prompt customer service! Knew what he was talking about and backed that up in action with a quickness. Had our washer back in working order as quickly as the part arrived....to the day after arrival! That is wonderful. Very friendly demeanor and gave good advice for upkeep. Neil was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. If I ever need an appliance repaired again, I will definitely use Sears Appliance repair, and hopefully Neil would be my repair technician again.

Eric did a wonderful job on my Kenmore Elite Dryer. He knew immediately what parts were needed to fix my dryer. Once the new parts came in he was able to put them in, and within an hour the dryer was back working. I have several Kenmore appliances and will gladly call him again if need be to fix them.
