Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all questions in a pleasant manner. He verified that the air and water filters we had recently replaced, were installed correctly. The tech helped us understand the benefits of purchasing a home warranty. We would definitely recommend Sears repair to others.

Eric was fantastic. We had a scheduled appointment prior to meeting Eric and the guy they originally sent didn't get our washer working and he misdiagnosed the problem. When Eric came everything got fixed properly and in working order and he explained everything as he did it as well. We are very grateful because we probably would have no longer used your service if we hadn't had such good service from Eric.
