Eric was fantastic. We had a scheduled appointment prior to meeting Eric and the guy they originally sent didn't get our washer working and he misdiagnosed the problem. When Eric came everything got fixed properly and in working order and he explained everything as he did it as well. We are very grateful because we probably would have no longer used your service if we hadn't had such good service from Eric.

Eric was the best repair person we have ever dealt with!! And I’m 75 - I have dealt with quite a few in my time this young man was the best ever!! Polite make sure everything was good before I put it back. Let me wipe an area I could never reach just the best ever.
