William was professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. The issue was outside of his service work. However, he explained it to us very carefully, and he told us exactly how to fix it. There was no run around. Instead, there was a sense of a genuine shared goal of finding a solution to the appliance problem. William answered all our questions so that when he left we knew exactly what to do. It was an excellent service appointment. Thank you, William!

Tech was great, waited for me to drive home from work once he arrived. Glad that someone that works for Sears takes their job seriously and was masterful at diagnosing and repairing my appliance Sears AI phone service and call center are abysmal. Rescheduling without reason, difficult to get through to a person, and once you do they provide zero assistance whatsoever.
