The best service technician
We are so happy that Joe has been our service technician. He has a wealth of information from years of experience and technical abilities. He has completed the repair of our wall oven and given us advice on what to do if we experience other issues.

David Q did an outstanding job. Best Buy sent a tech 3 times and could not figure out the problem. The first time David Q showed up he was professional, was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, ordered the parts and had the issues corrected within a week. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous - i would highly recommend him - he did a great job and was punctual

Joe was sent to our home to install a temp probe in our wall oven that had been ordered after an assessment by warranty company. No technician had been sent prior to the order. Joe was prompt, courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable in repair of such devices. The replacement was done, but there still seemed to be an issue with the temperature. However, he could not get photographic evidence that would gain approval to replace a possibly defective board. He provided instructions on what we should do if the temperature should go out of range once again. We are very appreciative of his experience and technical abilities. We would give him 10 stars if possible!
