David Q did an outstanding job. Best Buy sent a tech 3 times and could not figure out the problem. The first time David Q showed up he was professional, was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, ordered the parts and had the issues corrected within a week. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous - i would highly recommend him - he did a great job and was punctual

Joe was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt bad for him, when he had to come back a 2nd time do to the parts people sent the wrong part the first time.
