Service technician
Joe was great, very nice and informative. However getting to my appointment today was challenging. I was originally scheduled for service between 8 am - 12 pm on 2/23/2026. At 12:48 ( a hour after the scheduled service time) that day I received a text saying it needed to be rescheduled which was very frustrating as I had taken the day off work to be home to await their arrival. I originally booked my service appointment on 2/16/2026 and for the next 4 days I received daily texts asking me to explain the issue so the technician could be aware of the issue and be prepared to repair it. I responded to each of these texts but didn't understand why and was annoyed by receiving the same communication four days in a row.
