Technician
The dishwasher wasn't checked to see if it was up and running before he left. It's not running and the parts ordered were not used. Our hose is missing that was hooked up last time by the technicians that were here last week.

4 work days were missed for the repair that I don't think is repaired because 30 minutes after he left there was water on the floor again. For the loss of work days I could've paid for a new refrigerator.

Would not recommend.
He had no idea how to fix a ZLine refrigerator. He said that he need an additional person to help oull out the refrigerator. Because he was alone he left. If he had experience in zline refrigerators, he would have know how to dismantle the feet which allows the rollers to move freely on my concrete floor. Additionally, he didn't have a good attitude-in my opinion .
