He was nice, changed the motor in a timely manner but did not ask about bringing the dryer in the house to make sure it worked before leaving.

Service by the technician was great. However, I was constantly told that the appointment was between 7-4 time frame and that I would be called before the day to narrow it down. 9 hours is a long time to wait no knowing when he would arrive. Totally ruined anything that I had to do. It wasn't his fault as he wasn't assigned my service call till 2pm. He did call me and let me know that he should be at my house within an hour. Making people wait for 9 hours is totally unacceptable.

My dishwasher has a leak and each visit makes it leak less but it still leaks. It runs louder now but it cleans dishes. I love my Maytag and have made my own work around so I can use it without the leak ruining my floor.

Dominique was very nice and professional. We had no problems with him personally. However whatever he "fixed" did not work. We are currently running a load and it is making more noise than before and there is still a burning smell. We will still need service. We also want to complain about the timeliness of service we received. We were initially scheduled for January 6 and were cancelled on 3 different days with no notice and were even told he was on his way only to have no one show up. Calls to the service line accomplished nothing even though we were promised that someone would call and come. I can't imagine worse customer service. We would be happy to discuss if anyone cares to hear about our experience. In the meantime we still need our washer fixed

Tech. Is good used him before. Sears customer service is worthless. Will never use you or recommend you to anyone. YOUR COMPANY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
