We have had Dominique out for different issues with an appliance. He has always told us what our warranty company will allow and done what he could to get our appliance up and running. When we know he is the one coming out we are secure in knowing we will get an honest assessment and repair.

Don has been such a patient individual, positive attitude and excellent customer service worker with making monthly visits(Since June now it's October) due to the "Original" warranty company lack of service for a product that costs more in service fees than purchase price… Hopefully this product will work the way it should!!!
