The nicest technician
Don has been coming to our home more than twenty years. He's always kind, professional, and has a very nice sense of humor. We will miss him when he retires.

The repair was made today. If it doesn't work, I'll regret this review, but the knowledge he shares really seems to be fantastic. We've had several people out and Joe really seems to want to make me a better home owner, which I really appreciate and so different from the other repairmen that have been here. I hope he knows how much he's appreciated.

Parts were ordered by Sear's Technician, Donald which arrived the next day. Technician was to return Friday. No show. Technician to come Monday; No show. We finally got the original technician on Wednesday July 3rd.,who successfully installed the defective part.
