Joseph is hands down a real professional. We had what seems to be a fake show up on our previous appointment, from Sears home services. Joseph showed up today as our recall tech and took apart our freezer and fixed everything the previous tech did not. He even tightened our door handles because he said it wouldn't be right if he didn't. This man knows his job inside and out. He was so kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this man get a raise from head office. He assured us that the issue is now fixed, so we're trusting in his knowledge that it is and won't have to have another recall appointment. Thank you, Joseph for your attentiveness and knowledge!

Edward did a thorough job of checking every aspect of the refrigerator before he actually installed the ice maker. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I watched the process of installing the ice maker and he knew exactly what he was doing. Very competent tech and definitely very time consuming job. He was also very professional, personable and pleasant. Very satisfied.

Our freezer ice dispenser now works properly again - Hooray! Joe is a very knowledgeable refrigerator/freezer repairman. Joe not only fixed the problem but he was very kind, pleasant and considerate by leaving the area in perfect shape with everything cleaned up. Joe is a valuable Sears employee.
