Overpriced
Allan was great and very knowledgeable however he was handcuffed by your guidelines.The estimate was way out of line for the repair work to be completed. A $400 estimate to replace a $30 part that took less than 30 minutes to install is not good customer service. I ran a service truck in another trade for years and what you are doing is price gouging at its finest. I will not be able to recommend your services to anyone.
