Unfortunately, the technician did not turn my water heater back on after servicing. Woke up to cold water. Was able to start again myself.

Good service and repairman was excellent. Had a very bad experience in the back end with payment and getting a hold of someone to talk about bill. Would likely not use service again due to this.

They don’t even deserve that one star. The are the worst service provider I have ever experienced. No live customer service support it is all AI generated and it is too hard to communicate. They ordered hose for dishwasher and no one showed up can rearranged my appointment and they show up without the hose. The 800 number they give is AI generated also. I went to their office which is given on their webpage but guess what no one is there it is empty warehouse. Then technician showed up for the second appointment and asked if someone brought the hose… so short version of long story STAY AWAY FEOM THEM…

Sears no showed on me twice with no notice. On the third try, they finally showed up, only to tell me they don’t service this brand of oven (even though their website clearly states that they do) DO NOT waste your time with Sears. I asked the tech how I could reach out to them and he told me there really is no way to speak to them. Instead you can only get an “AI person” who cannot help with no-shows or the incorrect information about the brands they service. HA. I see the “owner” responded with ways you can contact them. No, you cannot, if you call that number you can only get an AI bot. A real person is not an option. And the IA person cannot understand a conversation about what to do when the techs no show. Nor can the AI bot understand when the website says they service entire lines of appliances that they do not. Also: consumers need to know this is not Sears. Sears has contracted this out to an entirely different company who then hires its own subcontractors. So there is no accountability and no way to reach anyone. The entire enterprise is a sham.

I will not use Sears again for repairs. First it took them 3 appointments to finally show up for the repairs. They would have me scheduled and then they would reschedule my time. Three times I had to take off work before the repair man showed up. Then he said it was the drain pump that went bad and i paid for it. He put it in ran the dishwasher for about 1 min and said it worked. After he left I filled the dishwasher and started it up and it was doing the same thing with the same code.I haven't been able to talk to anyone. Everything is AI and no way to talk to a live person. I will be trying again to see if I can find a phone number to talk to someone. As of right now I have been out of a dishwasher for 1 month. This is unacceptable!!!!!
