The technician was great. The parts were shipped in advance which spread the repair up considerably. He was courteous and knowledgeable and had the repair fixed on less than an hour.

We needed to have our washer looked at to determine if it was worth repairing. The technician did a great job. I did not care for the daily communication from the Sears bots, they were very annoying.

Sears really get customer service, (take note Best Buy). They told us exactly what is wrong with our washer and the cost to fix it. Also, showed up in the time window they said they would. Highly recommend for any appliance service you need.
